Welcome to the Scheduled Monument project resource base. The materials collected here support the in-person training delivered in May 2025 and are not designed to be entirely stand alone, especially with respect to the field observations element of the project.
In this course we have provided:
- an overview of the project stages
- a video tutorial given details of how to map features from the lidar data
- the slide pack and exercises from the training day
- links to further resources
In is important that you watch the video tutorial, even if you have worked on mapping features from the lidar before as the tools provided are different to the main portal. If you have any questions or issues please contact course lead Rebecca.
